Our Skill Set:

We have completed 6+ years of advanced education in psychology (BA / BSc (Hons) Psychology, higher degrees including Masters degree, Doctoral degrees (PhD and/or DClinPsychol), followed by specialised post-doctoral training. Our rigorous academic background is combined with practical applied clinical experience with different client groups across the lifespan.  Our warmth and advanced communication skills allow us to handle a wide range of psychological issues.

Although we prefer to focus on understanding clients’ intricate psychological and emotional needs, there are times when clients require diagnoses in order to access support in other areas of their lives. We are trained and licensed to offer this if required.  We may liaise with other health professionals in order to ensure a thorough approach.

Our expertise allow us to offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches. This flexibility enables us to tailor our treatment plans to each client’s unique needs, particularly when addressing complex or recurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD or complex trauma (c-PTSD), and more.

We routinely measure our clients’ psychological states, symptoms and functioning at key stages of our work alongside measures of client satisfaction, feedback and testimony.  Progress indicators will be shared with you during our work together as a collaborative process.

Our advanced training and extensive experience ensure we can navigate complex needs and challenges with the sensitivity, care, and skill required.

In addition to working with clients, we also provide clinical supervision for other therapists and mental health professionals. This supervision ensures that they continue to develop their skills and deliver high-quality care to their clients. Our role as supervisors underscores our expertise within the field of mental health.

As Chartered Clinical Psychologists (CPsychols), we adhere to strict regulatory requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and British Psychological Society (BPS). We engage in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with advances in clinical practice. This commitment to continuous learning ensures that we always provide the most effective, research-based treatments.
