Neurodivergent Therapy & Support
Every woman deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Yet for many neurodivergent women the journey can feel more complex.
Life’s challenges can be amplified when the world isn’t designed with your brain in mind.
We specialise in neuro-affirming psychological therapy, coaching, and tailored support for Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other forms of neurodivergence.
We encourage women to navigate life’s stages with greater self-understanding and self-compassion, authenticity, confidence and well-being.
This contrasts masking and / or conforming to the pressures of developmental or social norms to which many neurodivergent women feel they should comply.
We see unique differences as a valid way of being not ‘disorders’ to be ‘fixed’.

Antonella and Rachel both have highly sensitive temperaments and also experience of living in neurodivergent families.
We understand that less than optimal conditions can impact your body and mind. However, we also relate to the research that shows when sensitive people experience enhanced support and understanding it unlocks increased capacity for connection, growth, creativity and joy.
